Shipping Policy

Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 5 business days. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. If you ever have any questions about the status of your order, please call 850-559-3125 and we will be happy to help you. Citizen Rifle builds may take longer to ship due to lead times on specific parts, production backups, as well as range time availability if you have selected to have your rifle pre-zeroed. Serialized items (rifles, pistols, lower receivers, etc.) may take up to 7-10 business day to ship out. Please verify that VCA has a copy of the FFL from your dealer otherwise we can not effect shipment. VCA ships to all 50 states provided the product you have ordered is lawful within the state you have selected us to ship to.NFA items may make up to 30 days or more to ship due to wait times on ATF transfer form processing, this is not something VCA has any control over nor can we ship NFA items without these required approvals.
