Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that Virginia Citizens Armory has the FFL selected on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Virginia Citizens Armory Armory. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Kinda. Nobody can just buy guns online and have them shipped to their home, no matter what some politicians think. What you can do is order a firearms from VCA online and then either come to the Armory to pick it up (after completing required background checks) or we can mail the firearm to the FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) of your choice near you so they can complete your paperwork and transfer. After you complete your purchase online, we will contact you to see how you want to accept transfer of the firearm/s you have purchased.
Yes. We will ship any products legally sold in California to California buyers or their FFL. We do NOT however ship firearms that are off the California approved list to the state for any reason. VCA doesn’t care if you are an LEO or otherwise exempt from state restrictions. We will only ship items that ANY citizen in your state can enjoy. This policy also applies to Illinois, New York, and any other restricted state.
If you don’t like it, change your state’s laws.
